A: We are shipping only to North America. We will inform you when we will be shipping worldwide.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are shipped between 10-15 business days unless you selected and agreed to pay the rush order option.

Q: Who is your shipping provider?
A: We are shipping with Canada Post.

Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: We are shipping all products only to North America. For shipping info and cost, please Click here. Gift certificates are shipped for free.

Q: Can I track my parcel?
Yes. With Canada Post (click here) you can track you parcel. Just click on the link and type in your order number.

Q: How can I cancel or change my order?
A: Any customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified after the order has been confirmed. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it with another order. Before you send back your order download and fill out the exchange request form

MIXX PERSONALIZED FRAGRANCES

Q: How do I create my own perfume on your website? 
A: MIXX Perfume Bar is the perfect place to design and Customize your own perfume bottle. MIXX has a large variety of bottles that will best describe the occasion of your fragrance. MIXX allows you to choose your own blend infused with rich essential oils, all filtered by hand. You will also have the freedom to type whatever you desire on your bottle including adding design elements from our library. Click here to start your MIXX

Q: How do I know, that my custom MIXX perfume smells pleasant?
A: Mixx gives you a list of popular designer fragrances that fall in the same scent categories (example: woody, floral, fruity, leathery etc…) which have similar ingredients to the MIXX combination you choose. Click here for a list of all our MIXX combinations and similar designer fragrances.

Q: Can I pick up my online order in one of your locations?
A: Yes. You will have an option at the end of your order if you want your fragrance delivered by courier or to be picked up in our Laval location. Click here to get information to our Laval Location.

Q: Can I receive a sample in advance?
A: We are not able to send samples of your fragrance in advance, but you can buy one of our sample boxes to try out our MIXX combinations. When you are ready to create your customized fragrance, we will credit the total amount of the sample (before taxes and shipping) with a voucher.

Q: Which bottles sizes are available?
A: For our sample boxes, our sample vials are 2 ml / .07 fl oz each.  Pre-MIXX fragrances for women bottles come in 30 ml / 1 fl oz, 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz and 100ml / 3.5 fl oz. Pre-MIXX fragrances for men bottles come in 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz and 100ml / 3.5 fl oz. Our personalized fragrances bottles come in 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz and 100ml / 3.5 fl oz

Q: Will tax be applied to my order?
A: MIXX Perfume Bar  is required by law to charge applicable sales tax. Tax is based on the destination of your order and nature of the product and will be calculated at time of checkout. Duties and fees might be charged for countries outside Canada

RETURNS

A: Can I return my order?
Q: We do not accept returns but if you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it with another order. Before you send back your order download and fill out the Exchange Request Form

Q: What to do if I receive a broken parcel?
A: In this case, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure to find a proper solution.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

A: To unsubscribe, please click the link “unsubscribe“ at the end of any newsletter and you will removed from our newsletter mailing list.

Q: How do I know, my order was successfully placed?
A: If your order was successful, You will receive a confirmation or your order via email.

Q: Do I have to subscribe for the newsletter?
A: We would be happy to keep you updated with promotions, new products and coupons. You can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe“ at the bottom of any newsletter.

Q: Can I order via phone?
A: This option is not available, but you can call us for assistance with placing an order on our website. Also, you can place an order in one of our stores in our 3 locations and our perfume experts will be happy to assist you in choosing the right fragrance for you.

Q: Can I change my MIXX combination after I ordered?
You cannot cancel your order on the website after it’s been processed. Call us at one of our 3 locations and we will issue you a credit if order has not yet been in production.

Q: Can I have my order gift wrapped?

A: Yes. Please select gift wrap at the end of the order process for custom perfumes or bespoke perfumes.
